The prohibition shall not apply in respect of:

2. Alanimikkeessä 847149 ilmaisulla ”järjestelmä” tarkoitetaan automaattisia tietojenkäsittelykoneita, joiden yksiköt täyttävät 84 ryhmän 6 huomautuksen C kohdan edellytykset ja joissa on ainakin keskusyksikkö, yksi syöttöyksikkö (esimerkiksi näppäimistö tai optinen lukija eli ”skanneri”) ja tulostusyksikkö (esimerkiksi visuaalinen näyttöyksikkö tai tulostin).
3.
