The prohibition shall not apply in respect of:

Udtrykket »maskincentre« i underpos. 846520 omfatter kun værktøjsmaskiner til bearbejdning af træ, kork, ben, hårdgummi, hård plast og lignende hårde materialer, som kan udføre forskellige arbejdsfunktioner ved automatisk udskiftning af værktøjerne fra et magasin eller lignende i overensstemmelse med et bearbejdningsprogram.
2. Som »anlæg« i underpos. 847149 anses automatiske databehandlingsmaskiner, hvis enheder opfylder betingelserne i bestemmelse 6 C til kapitel 84, og som mindst består af en centralenhed, én indlæseenhed (fx et tastatur eller en skanner) og én udlæseenhed (fx en dataskærm eller en printer).
3. Ved udtrykket »ventiler til oliehydrauliske og pneumatiske transmissioner« i underpos. 848120 forstås ventiler, som specifikt anvendes til overførsel af »hydraulisk energi« i et hydraulisk eller pneumatisk system, hvor energikilden har form af væsker under tryk (flydende eller gas).
