Ovi podbrojevi obuhvaćaju magnete za hladnjake koji se sastoje od magneta na koji je pričvršćen ukrasni predmet. Magnet složenim proizvodima daje bitnu značajku u smislu općeg pravila 3 (b) jer je tako dizajniran da se može jednostavno pričvrstiti i kretati po metalnoj površini te se s pomoću većine tih magneta na metalnu površinu mogu pričvrstiti predmeti od papira i drugi mali predmeti. Ukrasna funkcija proizvoda stoga je sporedna.

Iako je u sljedeća tri primjera magnet manji od veličine ukrasa, magnet je dovoljno jak da pričvrsti taj lagani ukras na metalnu površinu.
Ovi podbrojevi ne obuhvaćaju:
magnete za hladnjake koji su pričvršćeni na uporabni predmet. Proizvod je osmišljen kao uporabni predmet (primjerice otvarač za boce, kalendar, brojač vremena, kvačica za rublje) koji se može pričvrstiti na metalnu površinu. Uporabni predmet ima vlastitu funkciju (primjerice otvaranje boce, prikazivanje datuma ili vremena itd.) Uporabni predmet složenim predmetima daje bitnu značajku u smislu općeg pravila 3 (b) jer magnet ima samo potpornu ulogu (pričvršćivanje uporabnog predmeta na metalnu površinu).
