Terms of use
Tarifbase is free to use. By using it you accept these few rules.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Information, not advice
Tarifbase shows how goods are classified and taxed in four customs tariffs and how they are traded. It does not replace a customs broker, a lawyer or a binding decision of a customs authority. Please read the disclaimer.
We put care into the data, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current, nor that the site is always available.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on information shown here, such as duties paid, penalties or delays. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Fair use
Browse, search, share and link as much as you like. Please do not copy the site in bulk with automated tools, overload the servers or try to get around their protection. If you need the data at scale, take it from the official sources listed on the data sources page.
Content and licences
The official tariff texts remain under the terms of their publishers (see the sources page). Our own texts, page design and logo are protected by copyright; short quotes with a link back are welcome.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed.
