About the EU tariff

The Combined Nomenclature (CN) is the EU’s goods nomenclature: the six HS digits plus two of its own. It is republished every year as Annex I of a Commission Implementing Regulation and applies in all member states. TARIC, the integrated tariff, adds two more digits for measures such as anti-dumping duties and quotas.

The rates in the CN are the conventional (MFN) duties applied to goods from countries without a preferential agreement with the EU.
