The prohibition shall not apply in respect of:

In het Britse douanetarief is 7311 00 13 85 een van de 18 tariefregels onder onderverdeling 7311.00 (‘Bergingsmiddelen voor gecomprimeerd of vloeibaar gemaakt gas, van gietijzer…’).
Het derdelandenrecht bedraagt 2%; de hoeveelheid wordt aangegeven in p/st.
Goederen uit 174 landen kunnen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk tegen een preferentieel tarief worden ingevoerd in plaats van tegen het derdelandenrecht van 2%, bijvoorbeeld onder DCTS Comprehensive of Europese Unie; voor 174 daarvan geldt helemaal geen invoerrecht.
