Inward processing authorisation certificate (DİİB)

Also called: DİİB · Dahilde İşleme İzin Belgesi

A document issued in Türkiye under the inward processing regime that lets a producer import inputs free of duty, or with duty secured, for use in goods that will be exported. It sets the products, inputs, quantities, export commitment and time limit, and is closed by showing that the export commitment was met.

In practice

Failing to close a DİİB within its period can make the duties on the imported inputs payable with interest.
