Prior exportation
Also called: IP EX/IM · önceden ihracat
A form of inward processing in which processed products made from equivalent Union goods are exported first, and the non-Union goods they replace are imported later under the procedure. It relies on the equivalence system.
In practice
Prior exportation lets producers ship orders quickly from domestic inputs and import duty-free replacements afterwards.
