About the Taiwan tariff

Taiwan’s import tariff (海關進口稅則), in full the Customs Import Tariff and Classification of Import and Export Commodities of the Republic of China, uses 11-digit CCC codes. It is published in Traditional Chinese and English.

Each line has three rate columns: column 1 for WTO members, column 2 for preferential rates, with the list of partners, and column 3 for all other countries. Trade remedies, quotas and VAT are not included. The Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance publishes the tariff under the Open Government Data License 1.0 and updates it at irregular intervals.
