About the Norway tariff

The Customs Tariff of Norway (Tolltariffen) is published by Norwegian Customs (Tolletaten) in Norwegian and English. Commodity codes have 8 digits: the six HS digits followed by two Norwegian ones.

For each line the page shows the ordinary duty and the rates under Norway’s free trade agreements. Most industrial goods enter duty-free; the duties fall mainly on agricultural goods, and many of them are specific rates in kroner per kilogram. Trade remedies, quotas and VAT are not included. Norwegian Customs updates the file daily and publishes it under CC BY 4.0.
