A.TR movement certificate
Also called: A.TR · A.TR dolaşım belgesi
The document used in the EU–Türkiye customs union to show that industrial goods are in free circulation in the EU or in Türkiye, which allows them to move between the two without customs duty. It is not a proof of origin: it proves customs status, so goods made from third-country inputs in free circulation also qualify.
In practice
A.TR does not give access to preferences in other countries' FTAs, and goods under anti-dumping or certain exclusions may still be checked for origin.
