EUR.1 movement certificate
Also called: EUR.1 · EUR.1 dolaşım belgesi
A preferential proof of origin issued or endorsed by the customs authority of the exporting country under many EU, EFTA, Turkish and UK agreements. It confirms that the goods meet the origin rules of the agreement concerned and is presented at import to claim reduced duty.
In practice
Between Türkiye and the EU, EUR.1 is used for agricultural and coal and steel products, while industrial goods use the A.TR certificate.
