Approved exporter
Also called: onaylanmış ihracatçı
An exporter authorised by its customs authority to make out invoice declarations or statements on origin for any value under certain agreements, without needing a certificate for each shipment. Authorisation requires proof that the company can show the originating status of its products.
In practice
Frequent exporters save time and certificate fees, but they take on responsibility for every statement they make.
