  8. h) «brisures», au sens du no 100640, les fragments de grains dont la longueur est égale ou inférieure aux trois quarts de la longueur moyenne du grain entier.

2. Le droit applicable aux mélanges relevant du présent chapitre est le suivant:

  1. a) pour les mélanges dont l'un des composants représente au moins 90 % en poids du mélange, le droit applicable est celui qui est applicable à ce composant;

  2. b) pour les autres mélanges, le droit applicable est le droit qui est applicable au composant soumis à l'imposition la plus élevée.
