Expiry review
Also called: sunset review · nihai gözden geçirme
A review opened near the end of a trade remedy measure's normal duration, usually five years, to decide whether expiry would likely lead to continued or renewed dumping or subsidy and injury. While the review runs, the measure stays in force.
In practice
Importers should not plan on duties ending until the expiry review result is published.
