Non-alteration rule
Also called: direct transport rule · değiştirmeme kuralı
A condition in many agreements that originating goods must reach the importing party without being altered or processed in a third country, other than operations to preserve them. Transit or splitting of consignments in a third country is allowed under customs control, and evidence of this may be requested.
In practice
