Authorised customs broker (Türkiye)

Also called: YGM · yetkilendirilmiş gümrük müşaviri

A licensed Turkish customs broker who has been authorised by the Ministry of Trade to carry out certain verification tasks on behalf of the administration, such as checking compliance with conditions in some procedures and issuing reports that customs can rely on. The authorisation is separate from the ordinary broker licence.

In practice

Companies using simplifications in Türkiye often need YGM reports, so choosing a broker with this authorisation can speed up procedures.
