CN22 and CN23 customs declarations
Also called: CN22 · CN23 · postal customs declaration
Universal Postal Union forms attached to international postal items that describe the contents, value and nature of the shipment for customs. CN22 is used for lower-value items and CN23 for higher values, and their data is increasingly sent electronically in advance.
In practice
Vague contents descriptions such as gift or parts cause delays and can lead to wrong duty, so postal declarations should be specific.
