Company-specific duty rate
Also called: individual duty rate · all-others rate · residual duty
The anti-dumping or countervailing duty rate set for a named exporter that cooperated in the investigation, as opposed to the residual rate for all other companies. In the EU it is applied using a TARIC additional code and requires a valid commercial invoice with a specific declaration.
In practice
Claiming a company-specific rate with an invoice that lacks the required declaration leads to the residual rate being applied.
