Declaration of conformity
Also called: DoC · uygunluk beyanı
A document in which the manufacturer or its representative declares that a product complies with the listed legislation and standards. It identifies the product, the legislation, the conformity assessment route and the signatory, and must be available to authorities.
In practice
Importers are often asked for it during conformity checks, and a missing or mismatched declaration can stop goods at the border.
