Exit summary declaration
Also called: EXS · çıkış özet beyanı
A safety and security declaration for goods leaving the customs territory when no export or re-export declaration carrying the same data has been lodged, for example for transshipment cargo. It is lodged within set time limits before loading or departure depending on the transport mode.
In practice
Transshipment and re-export cargo can be held if no exit summary data was filed in time.
