Partial relief
Also called: partial relief from import duty · kısmi muafiyet
A form of temporary admission in which goods that do not qualify for total relief may still be admitted on payment of a fraction of the duty for each month or part month they remain. In the EU the charge is 3 percent of the duty that would have been due, capped at the full duty.
In practice
Partial relief can be cheaper than release for free circulation for short stays, but it becomes expensive as the stay extends.
