Release of goods
Also called: release · clearance for release · eşyanın teslimi
The act by which customs makes goods available for the purposes of the procedure they were declared for. Release follows acceptance of the declaration, any controls, and payment or guarantee of the duties due.
In practice
Release does not end liability: customs can still amend the declaration and recover duty within the time limits after release.
