Wholly obtained goods
Also called: tamamen elde edilmiş
Goods produced entirely in one country without any foreign input, such as minerals extracted there, plants harvested there, animals born and raised there, fish caught by its vessels and waste from its manufacturing. They automatically originate in that country under both preferential and non-preferential rules.
In practice
Agricultural and raw material exporters can often prove origin simply, but one imported seed, feed or ingredient can move the goods into the sufficient-processing test.
