Simplified declaration
Also called: incomplete declaration · basitleştirilmiş beyan
A declaration lodged with fewer data elements or documents than a standard declaration, followed later by a supplementary declaration with the full data. It may be used occasionally or regularly with an authorisation and speeds up release.
In practice
Fast-moving supply chains use it to release goods quickly, but the supplementary declaration deadline must be met to avoid penalties.
