Trade Remedies Authority
Also called: TRA
The UK body that investigates dumping, subsidies and import surges and recommends trade-remedy measures to the Secretary of State. It was established as a statutory body in 2021 and also reviews measures carried over from the EU.
In practice
UK trade-remedy duties can differ from EU measures on the same products, so supply chains serving both markets need separate checks.
Applies to: UK
