The electronic customs declaration system of Türkiye, through which declarations, manifests and many customs transactions are submitted and processed. It is operated by the Ministry of Trade and is linked to other systems such as the single window for permits and certificates.
In practice
Every Turkish import and export declaration passes through BİLGE, so the data quality supplied to brokers directly affects clearance speed.
