Price actually paid or payable

Also called: price paid or payable · fiilen ödenen fiyat

The total payment made or to be made by the buyer to, or for the benefit of, the seller for the imported goods, including indirect payments such as settling the seller's debts. It is the starting point of transaction value, to which certain additions are made and from which certain costs are excluded.

In practice

Payments outside the invoice, such as separate tooling charges or debt offsets, still belong in the price and are often missed.
