Standard declaration
Also called: full declaration · normal procedure
A customs declaration that contains all the data elements required for the chosen procedure at the time it is lodged, without relying on a later supplementary declaration. It is the default form of declaration where no simplification has been authorised.
In practice
Traders without simplification authorisations need complete documents, including origin proofs and licences, before lodging.
